This app makes it very easy to log your bowel movements. You can classify your stool with help of the bristol stool scale and it will calculate a lot of interesting statistics for you.

There are two modes: in the simple mode you can log start time (will be set automatically on start), end time (will be set automatically as well), and the stool type according to the bristol stool scale. In the detailed mode you can log additional color, consisteny, weight/volume and your feeling.

You can add some notes to the current session in both modes.

Your data belongs to you! You are able to export your data at any time and use it as a CSV file (a plain text file). Your data is not collected or transmitted!

This is the free version, it allowes only a small number of bowel movements.

Pros and cons of Stool Log Lite app for iPhone and iPad

Stool Log Lite app good for

Great app - simple to use, and I like how it gives you stats and the ability to choose what kind of poo you had!
I love this app! It has helped me monitor my bowel movements and see if my body stays on track!
So, when I gotta go, its a good app, eh? Im impressed by the accuracy and options available to measure my droppings. Good stuff!

Some bad moments

Theres not much to logging your poo, so why make it more complex than it needs to be? I like this app. I just wish there was a place to put what u ate so u can associate that to the kind of poo u made.
Im still using the trial version for this first week. Learning to pay attention to this aspect of health in this simple format is helpful. I think Ill upgrade. A graph would be nice (may be included in paid version) Thanks for making this available.
I downloaded this getting ready for a physical in a couple weeks to show history but the app only allowed 20 entries. This really isnt worth it since most people who go to the trouble to log their bowel movements are doing it to show history of movements and why. And no, I am not paying for an app for something I would only use occasionally.
Nowhere in the app description or the app itself does it say this app limits you to 20 logs. After you hit that limit, it tells you it will delete the older entries first to register new ones. The free version of this app is very limited as it already is, not to mention that artificial limits like this one are not allowed under the App Stores Guidelines. I was gonna get the pro version eventually, but if the developers feel this basically unethical move is needed to make users migrate, Id rather migrate to another app. We never know what they may pull later.
Decided on this app compared to a few others out there because of its ease of use. The only thing Im missing is the ability to add notes not related to a bowel movement (for example, stomach pains)
